Inspection & Testing
Inspection and testing are performed based on the client’s requirements, and may include various mechanical tests such as tensile, bending, flattening, elongation, hardness, and Charpy V-notch impact testing, as well as chemical analysis of the product. Metallographic examinations—including Huey, Strauss, pitting, crevice, HIC, SSC, and SWC tests—are conducted to evaluate a material’s resistance to corrosion. Non-destructive examinations may also be carried out, such as X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant testing, and final visual and dimensional inspections.
Inspection & Testing Depending on the client's request, additional testings may include the following:
Mechanical testings such as
- Tensile Test
- Bending, Flattening, Elongation Test
- Hardness Test
- Charpy V Notch Impact Test
Chemical analysis of product
- Metallographic Examination Huey, Strauss, Pitting, Crevice HIC, SSC, SWC, etc., are all destructive tests our team uses to determine a material's susceptibility to corrosion.
Non-destructive examinations
- X-Ray, Fluoroscopy
- Ultrasonic Examination
- Magnetic Particle Examination
- Dye Penetrant Testing
- Final Visual and Dimensional Examination
